Document summary

These terms govern the Cup Code website, accounts, Council, and public forms, and explain user responsibilities, service limits, and the relationship with project contracts.

Agreement to the terms

By using an account feature or submitting a form, you acknowledge these terms and linked policies. Browsing public pages alone does not create a project contract or a commitment to implement an idea.

Service provider details

The displayed trading name is Cup Code Studio and the public contact channel is studio@cupcodestudio.com. These terms do not publish a commercial or tax number or legal address unless documented in the organization register. A signed project contract governs its own scope.

Eligibility and authority

You must have legal capacity to use the service. If acting for an organization, you represent that you have authority to submit the request on its behalf. Do not create a minor account for a service not directed to minors.

Accounts and security

Provide accurate and current information, use your own credentials, and enable available safeguards. Report suspected account takeover promptly. Do not share verification or recovery codes.

Permitted use

Use the service for its stated purpose in line with law, other people’s rights, and the Acceptable Use Policy. Do not test security, collect data, or automate requests without written authorization and a defined scope.

Your submissions

You retain rights in original content. You grant Cup Code a non-exclusive licence limited to hosting, processing, displaying, and technically adapting content as needed to provide the feature and manage the request. Do not submit content you lack rights to use.

Ideas and suggestions

Submitting an idea does not guarantee adoption, confidentiality, or compensation. Post in the Council only what you accept being public. Use a business channel and confidentiality agreement before sharing trade secrets or unpublished material.

Project requests and quotes

Website information, prices, and timelines are indicative. Commitment starts when a signed contract or accepted quote defines scope, deliverables, fees, tax, changes, ownership, and support. General discussions do not expand project scope.

Availability and changes

A feature may be paused for maintenance, security, compliance, or product retirement. We publish broad service impact and maintain recovery plans for critical services. We do not guarantee every feature stays free or permanently available.

Restriction and suspension

A feature or account may be restricted for a security risk, violation, or competent authority request. We use a proportionate action and explain the reason and appeal route when notice is permitted and does not harm an investigation or protection measure.

Public content and warranty

Public content is informational and not tailored legal, financial, or technical advice. We use reasonable care in operating the service. Project warranties are governed by contract. These terms do not exclude a right or liability that applicable law does not permit excluding.

Liability limits

To the lawful extent, we are not responsible for indirect loss caused by unauthorized use, failure to protect an account, or reliance on general guidance. Client contracts define project liability caps and exclusions, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

Governing law and dispute handling

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Start by contacting us with the request reference, facts, and desired outcome. The complaint process does not prevent access to a competent authority or court.

Updates and notice

We record version, effective date, and a change summary. Material changes are highlighted and renewed acceptance is requested where legally required or where a core obligation changes. The prior version continues to govern earlier events where contract or law requires.

Contact

Send a question or complaint through Contact. Use Support for technical issues, the security disclosure channel for vulnerabilities, and the privacy channel for data rights.
