Document summary

This policy explains services not directed to minors and the controls required before a game or app collects data from a younger audience.

General services

Project, job, contract, and client portal services are directed to people with legal capacity or a suitable guardian or authorized representative. A minor should not submit these forms without appropriate supervision.

Product notice

Before targeting a game or app to a younger audience, we define age, data, social features, purchases, ads, analytics, and location, and publish a child-friendly notice and guardian version where needed.

Minimization

Precise location, open messaging, ad profiling, and public sharing are off by default unless necessary, safe, and authorized. A legal name is not requested where a display name is sufficient.

Safety by design

Reporting, blocking, privacy defaults, communication limits, and suitable moderation are provided. Exploitation, bullying, inappropriate content, and accidental purchase risks are tested before release.

Minor and guardian requests

We explain who may submit a request and verify the relationship without disclosing a minor’s data to an unauthorized person. The minor’s views and capacity are considered according to legal requirements and product context.

Incidents

An incident affecting a minor is treated as a higher-risk factor. Isolation, assessment, notification, and support are accelerated, and affected data is not reused for analytics or training.
