What is Nawzo?

Daily accounts with a clear record.

Nawzo is a digital system for managing deferred accounts and daily debts between shops and customers.

Instead of relying on a paper ledger that can be lost, damaged, or hard to review, Nawzo provides a clear record for every transaction with notifications, confirmations, electronic payment, reporting, and support.

  1. 1The merchant records the transaction.
  2. 2The customer receives a notification.
  3. 3The customer reviews, confirms, or disputes it.
  4. 4Payment stays clear, and every action is kept in an organized record.

The problem

Paper ledgers are no longer enough.

Paper is familiar, but it creates daily problems for merchants and customers.

  • Customers with similar names.
  • Difficulty confirming the correct balance.
  • Transactions can be forgotten.
  • The paper ledger can be damaged or lost.
  • Customers receive no transaction notice.
  • Overdue balances are difficult to track.
  • Staff must rely on memory.
  • Changes leave no audit trail.
  • Producing a clear statement is difficult.
  • It is hard to know who recorded a transaction and when.

The solution

Nawzo turns accounts into a clear system.

A focused merchant interface, a clear customer experience, and an operations platform for support and security.

  • Record a debt in seconds.
  • Record cash or electronic payments.
  • Notify the customer.
  • Show a clear account statement.
  • Attach an invoice image.
  • Confirm or dispute transactions.
  • Manage customers, branches, and staff.
  • Track overdue balances and reports.
  • Document every change and action.
