1. Acceptance and Definitions

By accessing or using Cup Code services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms and all linked policies, including the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Intellectual Property Policy, Asset Usage Policy, and AI Usage Policy.

If you do not agree to any provision, you must stop using the Services immediately.

2. Eligibility and Use of Services

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.
• If you are under 18, parental or legal guardian consent may be required where applicable.
• You agree to provide accurate information and not impersonate any person or entity.

3. License Granted to You

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not transfer any intellectual property ownership rights, and all rights remain reserved to Cup Code and its licensors.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Hacking, circumvention, or attempting to disrupt the Services.
• Using unauthorized automated tools to scrape data or abuse service interfaces.
• Publishing unlawful, abusive, or rights-infringing content.
• Reproducing, redistributing, or selling any content without prior written authorization.
• Using Cup Code trademarks in a way that falsely implies endorsement or partnership.

5. User-Generated Content (UGC)

You retain ownership of original content you create. However, you grant Cup Code a non-exclusive, worldwide, sublicensable license to use that content as necessary to operate, improve, and promote the Services, subject to applicable law and platform rules.

You are responsible for ensuring that your submissions do not violate third-party rights or include unlawful content.

6. Purchases and Payments (Where Available)

• Some services may include digital purchases in-game or through partner platforms.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers and are subject to their own terms and policies.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, digital purchases are final and non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cup Code is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to use of the Services.

8. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services, in whole or in part, for violations of these Terms or for legal and security reasons. You may also stop using the Services at any time.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Unless otherwise required by law, the competent courts of Madinah shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to these Terms.

10. Updates and Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published with an updated date, and continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
