Document summary

This statement sets the accessibility target, testing scope, reasonable alternatives, and reporting route without claiming an audit that has not occurred.

Commitment

We design the website, Council, and portals toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA as an engineering target, subject to applicable Saudi requirements. This statement is not an independent conformance certification.

What we support

The target includes keyboard access, logical focus order, semantic headings, form labels, understandable errors, sufficient contrast, reflow, alternative text, and correct Arabic and English direction.

Motion and media

We honor reduced-motion preference, do not autoplay sound, provide controls for moving content, and add captions or descriptions where media carries essential information.

Authentication

Sign-in, recovery, and two-step verification must work without relying only on dragging or memorizing a complex pattern. If bot protection is used, an alternative not dependent on one sense is provided.

Testing

We combine automated checks with keyboard, screen reader, zoom, reflow, contrast, and reduced-motion tests and add manual testing when a core component changes. Defects have an owner, priority, and review date.

Known limitations

Actual known limitations are published with an alternative and remediation plan. We do not show an invented list or claim there are no defects. External files and tools may have provider limitations.

Request help or report a barrier

Send the page, feature, device, assistive technology, and impact without unnecessary health data. We provide a reasonable content or process alternative while addressing the barrier.
