Writing a clear Arabic interface from the start.

Simple rules for actions, messages, and errors that make products easier to understand and use.

Name the action and outcome

Write “Send support ticket” instead of “Continue,” and “Save preferences” instead of “Done.” Users know what follows before pressing the button.

Make errors lead to resolution

Name the field, problem, and next step. “Enter a valid email such as name@example.com” is clearer than “Invalid value.”

Test copy in the interface

Meaning changes with placement and surrounding space. Review Arabic and English on mobile, with larger text and loading and error states.

Turn knowledge into action
