- Pick the request type and briefly say what you need.
- You receive a verification link by e-mail. We start once you confirm it, so nobody can request your data in your place.
- We answer within 30 days as a general rule under the Implementing Regulation, and tell you if an extension is needed where the law allows it.
- We send the result to your confirmed e-mail only — personal data is never shown on the website.
Limits
We may not be able to fulfil a request fully if it conflicts with a legal obligation, affects someone else’s rights, or the data is needed to protect the site — we will always explain why.
If you’re not satisfied
Contact us first so we can try to fix it. You also have the right to complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA), the competent authority.
