This site is operated by Cup Code Establishment (Cup Code Studio), unified national number 7051565781, Madinah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Using the site

The site introduces the studio and its games and shares development news. You can browse it, contact us and request support free of charge.

3. Eligibility

The site is open to everyone. If you are under 18, use the forms with your guardian’s knowledge.

4. Content

We aim for accuracy, but game information is in development — systems, art, content and dates may change, and nothing here is a commitment to any feature or date.

5. Accounts

There are no visitor accounts at the moment. The admin panel is only for managing the site.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Attempting unauthorised access to the site, its systems or others’ data, or disrupting it. Such acts may be crimes under the Saudi Anti-Cyber Crime Law.
• Sending abusive, misleading, unlawful or spam content through the forms.
• Impersonating the studio or presenting unofficial material as official.
• Using the site in any way that breaches the laws of the Kingdom.

For responsible security research, follow the security reporting policy.

7. External services and third-party links

The site may link to external platforms (such as Discord, X, YouTube and TikTok). Their terms and policies apply, and we’re not responsible for their content.

8. Intellectual property

Texts, logos, project names, artwork and game material are protected. Details in the intellectual property policy, and media usage rules in the asset usage guidelines.

9. What you send us

Your messages remain yours. When you send a suggestion or feedback about our games, you allow us to use the idea to improve our products without obligation to compensate, and we won’t publish your name without permission.

10. Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we aren’t liable for indirect damages arising from using, or being unable to access, the site. This doesn’t limit any right that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Suspending access

We may restrict or block access to the site or its forms for anyone who misuses them or breaches these terms.

12. Changes

When we change these terms we raise the version number and update the effective date, keeping previous versions at the bottom of the page.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts of the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute.
