What we own

Unless stated otherwise, rights in the following belong to Cup Code Establishment (Cup Code Studio):

• Trade name and mark: Cup Code Studio, its logo and the cardamom symbol.
• Project names: CAGEHAUL and its fictional world.
• Artwork: illustrations, logos, screenshots and videos.
• Game assets: models, textures, effects and levels.
• Code: our games’ code and this website’s code.
• Music and audio we produce or hold rights to.
• Written content: site copy, Backstage posts and stories.

These works are protected by the relevant laws of the Kingdom, including the Copyright Law and the Trademarks Law. The competent authority for intellectual property in the Kingdom is the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP), which provides services including trademarks, copyright and software registration.

AI-generated assets

If any published material was generated with AI tools, we say so next to it. We use it as our projects’ identity; please don’t use it in a way that suggests it is yours or implies a partnership with us.

Third-party assets and marks

We may use assets licensed from others (such as fonts or open-source components) under their licences, and list them on the credits page where required. Other platform names and marks mentioned on the site belong to their owners; mentioning them doesn’t imply partnership.

Permitted use

You may share links to the site, quote short passages with attribution, and use the approved material on the press page under the asset usage guidelines.

Reporting infringement

If you believe content on the site infringes your rights, or you see someone infringing ours, write to privacy@cupcodestudio.com with a description, the link and proof of ownership if available, and we’ll review it promptly.
