At Cup Code Studio, we take intellectual property (IP) seriously. This page explains our rights and the rights of other parties related to content, games, services, and the creative/technical work we develop or publish.
1. General Ownership of Content
All content available through:
- The Cup Code Studio website
- Games and interactive experiences
- Demos, videos, and promotional clips
- Blog posts and articles
- Educational materials
Is exclusively owned by Cup Code Studio or legally licensed to us, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. What Our IP Includes
IP rights include (without limitation):

๐ค AI-Assisted Content
- Assets generated or assisted using AI tools
- Drafts or prototypes
- Work that has been edited or approved by humans
All such work is protected by full IP rights once finalized and approved.
3. AI and IP Rights
We use AI as an assisting tool only.
We confirm the following:
- We do not use AI tools to copy protected works
- We do not treat AI output as a final asset without human editing
- All final deliverables are considered:
- Original works
- Owned by Cup Code Studio or the client based on the agreement
Using AI does not cancel or weaken IP rights.
4. Clients and Partners
If we deliver work for a client or partner:
- Ownership of deliverables is defined clearly in:
- The contract
- Or a written agreement
- By default (unless stated otherwise):
- Tools, methodologies, general-purpose code, and internal systems remain the property of Cup Code Studio
- The client may receive a license to use or partial/full ownership based on the agreement
5. What Users Are Allowed to Do
You are allowed to:
- Browse the content
- Share website links
- Mention Cup Code Studio as a source (with a link)
6. What Is Not Allowed
Strictly prohibited:
- Copying content or games
- Republishing or modifying it
- Using it commercially
- Extracting assets or code
- Training AI models on our content
Without explicit written permission.
7. Trademarks
- The Cup Code Studio name
- Logos
- Game names (such as Highschool53)
These are protected (or pending protection) trademarks and may not be used without official approval.
8. Infringement and Reporting
If you believe there is an infringement of our IP rights (or yours):
Please contact us and provide:
- A clear description of the infringement
- A link or evidence
- Your contact details
We will review the report and take appropriate action.
9. Legal Liability
Any unauthorized use of content may expose the party responsible to:
- Legal action
- Claims for damages
We reserve the right to take legal steps necessary to protect our rights.
10. Governing Law
This policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with due regard to relevant international IP agreements.
